Over the past 40 years 7 QC tools play an important roles in helping employees around the world identify the root cause(s) of the problem(s) and rectify them and save millions of organisation operational costs. It is ,therefore ,crucial that everyone in the organisation should be equipped with the 7 QC tools that would enable them to participate and involve in the pursuit of organisation continual improvement initiatives.

Upon completing this session participants will be able to :-
Construct and intepret simple graphical leand common sense techniques.
Use effectively all learned tools for solving problem or generate new opportunities for improvement.
Enhance teamwork as problems are addressed effectively through group.
Share and explain to other members on experienced gain in solving problems in work place.
